Pacific Mall: Shopping Center in Markham, Ontario

Alright, I know that this mall isn’t technically in Toronto but this spot is just too hard to not feature on this page. I’ve been to a lot of malls in and around Toronto but I have to say, this one has a lot of grit and character embedded into it. For those that have actually had the pleasure of visiting Pacific Mall, you know what I am talking about.

How can you sum up a mall that is so diverse that it actually works? Not following? Let me put it to you this way: you have a bunch of stores that sells clothes, then you move on over to another stall and they sell bubble tea, then you move on over to the next stall and guess what? They’re selling car rims! How do you do that?! You just can’t! That’s why people from all over come to Pacific Mall. It’s just so crazy it works!

Oh yeah and when you go to the food court level on the second floor, you absolutely have to try out everything there. Not choosing favourites, no sir I will not. Every spot I’ve eaten in on that food court just gave me the satisfaction I needed that a mother’s hug never could. So if you’re looking for a shopping adventure and have a darn good time at it, come to Pacific Mall!

Orfus Road: Outlet Strip Mall Shopping in Toronto

If you are looking for great deals, an awesome street to shop on and or just walk around, then look no further than Orfus Road. Yeah, it may not technically be a mall (maybe a strip mall?), but it has everything that you could ever want to buy that is on SALE.

Seriously, just walking around this place will tire you out. With so many stores that you could take a gander at, I only mentioned establishments that are on the top of my head. If you had a budget of $100 (Canadian, of course), you will be taking home more than you bargained for (pun, pun, pun).

Like my other posts, Orfus Road is by Dufferin Street. Heading towards Highway 401 and Yorkdale Mall, Orfus Road is to the left if you are coming from Lawrence Avenue West. If you are taking the bus, just get off at the bus stop on Orfus Road and just cross the street.

Galleria Mall: Shopping Center on Dupont and Dufferin Street

Along the line of Dufferin Street and the corner of Dupont, you can find Gallleria Mall, a gem among Torontonians. It's been around for decades and the interior of the establishment proves it. It's a good place to buy groceries and even hang out, if you're into a really, really, really quiet mall.

Yorkdale Mall: On Dufferin Street and Highway 401 in Toronto

About this mall:

One of the largest malls in Toronto is Yorkdale Mall. This establishment has been around for decades, and if you’ve been here a time or two, you know that this is a massive place that can take hours to navigate if you are a mall rat like I am.

However, besides the enormous number of stores and the people that come here, there is still something about Yorkdale Mall that makes you want to come back. For anything you want to do, you can find it here in Yorkdale Mall. If you want to watch movies, you can check out the Cineplex near Indigo. Is high end fashion your thing? Louis Vuitton and Chanel are just around the corner.

Are you hungry but do not want to spend too much? You can drop by Manchu Wok and Subway on the second level food court. This post is not enough to tell you about the many great things this mall has to offer. So why don’t you check it out next time you have an aching to go to a mall?
